Sketches of Spain has over 30 maps covering thousands of kilometres of great roads, and the hidden treasures of mountains, villages and small towns off the normal tourist routes. There are many photos and sketches with personal anecdotes, including sections on perhaps unfamiliar road layouts, legal requirements, camping sites and a few recipes. Although written from mainly motorbike journeys, it is applicable to other forms of transport. Just use your common sense.
